        The truck I was supposed to get made some bad sounds when leaving the lot. I returned and the staff got me a different truck quickly.

        Penskes phone system is unusable. I called the questions number online and the number for two different local stores. Both automated routing systems are unclear, unhelpful, and end up putting you in a queue. There isnt even an option to ask questions like it says when the website tells you to call a number. The only options are to pay your bill for storage or see the status of a reservation. I would not waste your time if you have any questions. Either go in person or use a different company.
