Budget Car Rental

This was my 1st time in several years having to rent a car and my first experience ever renting from Budget after reserving my vehicle in advance online to be picked up at the 240 S. Hamilton Rd location. I was very pleased with the counter customer service perfessional, even though it was the start of the day in a rushed environment setting up for customers rentals. David along with his team was very pleasant, supportive, nice and courteous to make sure I was satisfied with my rental and got me in and out with ease. The business location is convenient and very easy to get to find. I would recommend this Budget and it's location to all my friends and family. Thank you for your outstanding service.
