Wow. Called and booked a car through this location over the phone with insurance paying. Reservation was set for 7:30 am. We drive an hour to the location and the building is dark at 7:33. Finally someone shows up to tell me they only have small SUVs and they wont bill the insurance company. I cant make this up.

This place is a scam. Theyll take your money.not give you a car. Then ask you to call and wait on hold to get a refund in 3-5days. Use any other place to rent a car!!

Be sure to always check your receipt because there will always be hidden fees extra gas charges when you have filled the tank up and extra charges on your credit card and it takes forever to fall back off if so I'm still waiting and it's been a week. Would not recommend Budget I would try Enterprise first, they even pick you up and if you need a ride to and fro no need to Uber.
