Jonathan went out of his way at short notice to quickly prep a Jeep Grand Cherokee that had just come in. I dropped by with no appt and he still accommodated my request. He even offered to have it detailed for me to come look at again the next day. The sales process was quick yet detailed and transparent. The car was and is beautiful and I purchased it today- thank you Jonathan!

My boyfriend signed up to get his oil changed online for 4p the night before. He showed up and they told him they changed their service hours and he was sol. They said he could wait for a cancellation or come back during walk in hours the next day. They didnt seem to really care that he had already made the trip out, that he had an appointment, or that we were going out of town the next day and he needed it done before the trip. Ive worked in a ton of customer service and appointment based jobs, if the COMPANY messes up and doesnt change the times to reflect their actual service hours, the least they could do was squeeze him in. Id call before driving to any appointments with them, especially if you have a timeline for your maintenance.

Jace Campbell is a great service advisor that got my appointment exactly when I needed. I could've drove 3 miles from my house to another Dodge service department but instead I drove 50 miles to Byers. The service maters.
