If you have the opportunity to use ANY other location do it! The staff is rude, very unprofessional. They have ZERO knowledge in the difference trailers. They don't pay any type of attention to what is happening. Multiple occasions I've rented a trailer was given the information for the wrong type of trailer go back in to have to wait for the employee to stop watching tic tok to be helped again. than given information for a different trailer that's also wrong. There is however one person who's decent at his job (manager, I believe) he's helpful, knowledgeable.
