I would 10 out of 10 recommend Lykins Companies for any small business looking for a commercial space. As a small business owner I feel supported. They create an environment that makes me feel they truly want to see their tenants and the businesses that occupy their properties successful. They have always been available to communicate and address any of my concerns, and maintenance responds very quickly if theres ever a need (which is not often) Thank you for providing a space that allows me to contribute to Columbus Small Business Ecosystem

Lykens companies stole half my deposit and refuse to return it ($750). Ive reported them to the BBB and the attorney generals office. They have a history of not maintaining their grounds, allowing dog feces to pile up for weeks. Maintenance was unable to properly fix my toilet and then I was blamed for it and charged for an exorbitant water bill charge from their own ineptitude. I do not recommend this company.

did not rent from these people but rent by some of their properties. they towed my car on christmas eve because we parked near their rentals that were not even designated to their company. genuinely evil people.
