The Wood Companies has been fantastic to rent from. Everyone is so nice and always able to help at a moments notice and try to go the extra mile! The apartments are perfectly situated in the best locations and have access to the best amenities you could hope for!

Having called Hubbard Park Place my home since May 2021, I can attest to the exceptional experience. The units themselves have thoughtful details, finishes and top- notch appliances. The pool, gym, and steam room are standout amenities, complemented by well-designed shared spaces. Additionally, the management has been consistently attentive and have made my stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend HPP!

We loved HPP! From beautiful kitchen appliances to spacious closets to cozy fireplaces, the apartments are well-appointed and thoughtfully designed. Management is warm and welcoming, and maintenance requests are tended to very quickly. We loved the amenities and community events - yoga, holiday parties, etc. Would highly recommend!

Ive been living here for 5 years and honestly, its been fantastic. My house is my sanctuaryspacious, modern, thoughtfully designed, and just right in the middle of everything that one would want to be near. Collette and Kathie, the building managers, are always on the ball; approachable and genuinely care about our community. The maintenance team, shoutout to Brian and his colleague (apologies for blanking on your name!), are top-notch; theyre quick to respond and always with a smile. The amenities are a huge bonusrooftop pool, gym, steam room, you name it. You do pay extra for garage parking, but for the convenience in the winter, its worth it. Its more than just an apartment, its home and community. Now let me buy the damn thing! Ill be here for many more years!
