In the lobby. They are super rude. Wish I read the reviews before coming to this location. I hate disrespectful people in public service work. Theres no excuse for this.. management needs to get off vacation and handle this situation. Not what you say but , how you speak to people!!!!!!

I also wish I could give this place 0 stars. The staff will talk down to you, at least they have to me and anyone else who isnt a little old lady. Asked for a manager not to complain about the person or go off or anything just to tell someone higher up that I dont think its right to charge people to get their mail key when they pay taxes. The girl literally told me I could chase down my mail man every day so yes I asked for a manager. When asking.. the manager.. if there were any other options he said no youll have to get a mail key. When the girl had just told me I could hold my mail there. And the other girl chimes in that the girl told me I could hold it I just wouldnt accept it. Talking to the manager wasnt even about all that. You work at the post office its not personal. But now Im talking to him asking if there are any other options other than the key. Which you have now confirmed that the other girl just told me there is. And the manager says no maam youre going to have to get a key so I say well she just told me I could hold it. He says no maam youre going to have to get a key then the other girl goes she just said you could hold it. Okay well, Im talking to him now and he just said I cant. So which one is it? Playin games and power trippin over mail. At one point I mentioned that I was disabled and that its hard to get to this post office because its actually nowhere near my house and the manager decides to be condescending and go oh Im sorry you have so much happening to you. Then another customer comes in behind me to get their key and the manager and staff are laughing and telling this new customer about me not having thirty dollars at the moment. Treat ppl like garbage.

I wish I could give zero stars. This is the worst Post Office in the history of post offices. My mail containing important documents disappeared three times (not to mention a package before that), even though it shows in the Informed Delivery. I stopped by the post office to talk with the supervisor twice. Both times, people were waiting for the supervisor to talk about lost mail or packages! The supervisor was so rude, like, "Mails get lost. Why are you surprised? I can't produce a mail for you," and I said, "How is it even possible the same specific mail gets lost three times in a row?" He aggressively frowned and said he'd check and call me back but then disappeared. TWICE! No one calls back or anything. Something shady is going on at this post office. Definitely shady! I hope the USPS Inspector General does an investigation here because I am filing a complaint.
