I would not recommend this company. First, very difficult to communicate with, when an issue arises. Second, the payments are monthly (and high), for them to come out once a quarter for 15 minutes. When I contacted them about the cost, they talked about being a loyal customer and they could work with us on price- why did it take us leaving to notice that we were loyal customers. Lastly, my credit card has changed so they haven't recieved there final payment. No exaggeration, over the last 2 days I have gotten 4 phone calls, 3 emails and 3 texts messages. Which is ironic how responsive they are when I am no longer a customer and they want payment, compared to their responsiveness when I am a customer and need assistance. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Update: They contacted me and offered remedies. I hope we will see better results soon. ****************************************************************** We have been using their service for about a year now and did not get good results. Today, I noticed that instead of servicing our home they serviced a neighbor's home (i.e., they went to a wrong address). If I did not notice this and called them, nobody was going to notice it. I had to call them more than once to have the service guy come back. I now wonder how many times this may have happened and if the mediocre results that we see may be related to their going to a wrong address.
