After paying for services that were not fulfilled, called to follow up on matter. Was greeted by both an employee and a lady who identified herself as the owner. Both were very negative, nasty, unprofessional and insulting. The technician who initially came out was very nice, knowledgeable, professional and courteous. But the customer service afterward and speaking to the owner was terrible! She literally yelled at me while being rude, disrespectful and would not extend the common courtesy of listening to my complaint without continually interrupting me and at one point even using foul language towards me. I originally chose this company based on a previous patronage of the company, but it won't happen again. I would not recommend Cooks termite and Pest Control to anyone based on the customer service I received from the owner. Services: Termite extermination, Termite inspection
