My daughter booked this company a few months back. About 30 minutes after the time they were supposed to show up she called them. They informed her the truck broke down, and they would get back to her. She had to call again to see what was going on. They decided to just cancel on her, leaving her with all her stuff packed and having to find a way to move out that day. It took them almost 3 weeks to refund her deposit. They were very unprofessional and not friendly about the situation and didn't even try to come up with a solution to help fix the problem.

I requested a move with Eko movers of Columbus. My new home was to be completed by October 25th. That did not happen. So I had to change our moving plans with Eko and they were outstanding. I asked that they store our furniture for a month since our home was not going to be ready until the 25th of November. They couldnt be more accommodating. The team that came into our home did an outstanding job in protecting every single piece of furniture that they were responsible to move. Im looking forward to the same care when they move our furniture out of their storage unit into our new home next week.

They told us they would arrive between 9-11am on Friday so we called off of work thinking the would be here no later than 11am. By 11:30am still no arrival or any update on where they are so I call them. Once I get someone on the phone he tells me the truck broke down and they will not have an update for at least another hour. After an hour he calls and asked for another 1 hour. Finally by 1:30pm he tells us he will not be able to do it and wanted to reschedule for a Monday. The company also took 2 weeks to refund my initial deposit even though they told me it would take less than 1 week. Would not recommend using, very unprofessional!
