Roadrunner Moving & Storage Columbus

I hired them to transport my car. I was quoted a price, gave the deposit and was told the car would transport on Wednesday but I would receive a call with details on Tuesday. I never received a call and on Wednesday I called them in the morning, and they had no clue who I was or my relationship. Once we got through that, I was told they will research the driver and get back to me, which they did several hours later. They informed me it would cost another $200.00 on top of the originally quoted $600.00. I said no and asked that they return my deposit. I was speaking to Allen Jones, supervisor, who responded with, "you want your deposit refunded" and hung up the phone. I put a call into my credit card company. I would nevet use or recommend this bait and switch, swindling company.

I recommend them. I’m very happy for such a lovely relocation by Roadrunner Moving. The movers took care of all my stuff and excellently handled the entire process. I didn’t have to worry about anything because I had knowledgeable and skilled guys in control.

Very dishonest! Lied about the ship date and avoided my calls. Go somewhere else for your auto transport.

All of our fragile items were wrapped carefully and then box with bubble tape and put in another box. . For a small difference in money we were able to sit back and just travel the route with our cars while the moving men were shortly behind with our furniture. . In the end I’m happy we chose them and I would suggest calling them to anyone. Service: Out-of-county removals
