Yep from all the reviews looks like Shane is still the narcissist and arrogant owner that he always smugly was. Same type of poor customer service still after I gave it a try after 3 years!
Go to the one in Polaris its not owned by him.

Giving a 2 due to their drinks always coming out really good. Sadly I have probably never had good service there. One time I asked for my smoothie to be made a certain way but the employee who was taking the order sounded some what new! As I pulled up I told a different worker that I was happy to accept whatever drink was made but that I was trying to request it a certain way. She very rudely said "well order it that way then". And now every time in the drive thru workers do not even speak to you other than telling you the total. Not even a "thank you" or "have a good day". The experience matters just as much as the customer service. And of course this is the only location near me so I feel like I have no choice but to go there if I want the smoothie I like

I love this Smoothie King. The staff are nice and they keep the line moving as best they can. The smoothies aren't cheap but they're so good. If you download the app the rewards kick in quickly. Last month I got a free pumpkin scoop every time I went. I love the Greek Yogurt smoothies bc there's no added sugar. Angel Food is also good - with 1/2 turbinado; the full amount of turbinado is too sweet.
