Eh, its okay. My favorite thing about the other nearby smoothie locations is the staff is usually really knowledgeable, and theyll help you choose/tailor your drink to what you need and what you like (like if you just left the gym, if youre a vegan, if you dont like bananas, etc). The staff here is very young like literal teenagers and they really dont talk or have much to say. If you have a question, they dont really know or have an answer. So if youre a SK pro and you have a go-to order, this is a good location for you. Also, it IS very clean and neat inside so thats a plus. The staff also isnt rude or mean so I guess thats also nice lol. They just dont know much.

I really love the smoothies here and they are made well each time I have gone here. I personally recommend The Hulk. The facilities are also kept clean and I have seen the produce changed out, so it appears to be kept fresh. Customer service is a bit lacking though. The staff are far from rude, but they are primarily teenagers who seemed bored and irritated to be there. It isn't a huge deal, but it does mean that I get my order to go instead of sitting down with my group as the atmosphere just isn't great. I would still recommend it for the food though, even if smoothies in general are a little pricey.

I come in all the time, and it's been a few weeks since I've had my smoothie and today I came in and got my regular smoothie and they have a new lady working. ( I didn't get her name) She made my smoothie really really good. I didn't want it to end!!

Perfect across the board!!!
Amazing Customer Service thats always trying to go above an beyond to Make sure you receive not only the best experience possible but more importantly the best product possible. I am yet to find a single issue with the morning staff or with their performance.. PS Did I mention their smoothies are the most consistent from visit to visit and the end result is the best quality out of all the other local locations. HIGHLY Recommend you try this location out if your going to be grabbing a smoothie.. Cheers!

I had my son place our order online and he accidentally chose the wrong location and when I called and asked them to cancel and let me place a new order near me they refused to help me. I explained to them I was just released from the hospital, on oxygen, had a pic line coming out of my arm due to my blood being septic and I didnt feel well enough to travel and hours round trip to get them from the wrong location. They were rude and unprofessional and did not care at all how sick I was and told me I could cancel but it could take weeks to get my refund. Its by far the most unprofessional place Ive ever dealt with. Would not recommend anyone to go to their stores. Horrible customer service!!!!!!!
