I booked on priceline who is also slowly becoming trash. I was not going to need the room on Mar 2, as predicted and called several times to cancel with no one answering the phone. I reached out to Priceline they also could not reach these folks. Whenever someone was finally reached, by Priceline they decide to not refund me but instead charge the full nights stay. Who just rips off a common man like that!! I get a cancelation fee or something, but that room was basically empty or who knows they may have rented it to someone else and still charged me. Pathetic business practice!! 0 stars STAY AWAY!!
