Hyatt House Columbus Osu / Short – North

Terrible service. This was booked as a work trip and I only gave them my credit card as a hold for incidentals. The first receptionist I saw checked me in and swiped my card. Later, I happened to buy a snack and charge it to my room and was told I wasn't checked in and needed to change rooms - no help offered with moving rooms due to their mistake. They then swiped my card a second time. After I left I discovered that they hadn't removed the hold that was supposed to be there only for incidentals and instead had charged me for the stay. It has taken me several phone calls just to speak to someone about this and I'm still in the process of trying to get back the several hundred dollars they charged me that they had no right to

Wonderful hotel. Great staff. Super clean. Room was like an air bnb and didnt expect that. Only warning the showers get slippery and the mat is small for a plus size person. And we got to breakfast at 9:30 so some food was out. Would stay there again Rooms: Ours included: dishwasher, plates, kitchen sink, fridge, microwave/ convection oven, silverware, glasses, coffee and standard bathroom essentials. TV has chrome cast. Free WiFi. Free parking. Nearby activities: Bars, food, music etc Safety: Very safe Walkability: 20 minute walk to plenty of food and Newport Music Hall is 30 minute walk. Mostly college housing between. Food & drinks: Breakfast included, bar open at night Noteworthy details: Pool and gym

Mostly Everytime I Visit To Columbus, Ohio I Stay At This Hotel Beautiful Hotel Semi Luxury Rooms / Cozy Rooms & Everytime I Visit Its Quiet & Peaceful, The Staff Have Great Customer Service & Nice Bar . Also Its Near Downtown For Great Restaurants To Visit

Great place at a reasonable price if your visiting OSU. Kitchen area is super-convenient. Its basically a small apartment about a mile from the university theres even a laundry machine and dryer for guests to use. Great Eagle grocery store is within walking distance and has all you need for food and booze, including a state liquor store.
