Decided to not even go through with our reservations. Homeless hanging out around the vehicles in the parking lot. Windows busted out of the rooms. Watch a couple kids ripping a screen and the window trim off. Unsupervised kids everywhere. One kid was asking the front desk when his dad was coming back. For your safety I do not recomend. Safety: Would not trust to leave my vehicle locked up in the parking lot. Lots of busted windows in the cars parked there.

One stars only because I couldn't leave zero. One of the worst experiences I have ever had. My friend and I booked here for a trip during the eclipse and it was a terrible mistake. Awful service, information was not conveyed to us at all about check in or check out so when we showed up there was absolutely no one there to check us in. There's a phone you're supposed to call zero on for help or to check in and I was constantly calling for over fifteen minutes with no response. I called a separate Red Roof phone number and received a bunch of nothing, just told that nothing could be done until 11 am the next day. I went back inside to ring the phone over and over again as the person on the phone told me to do. This whole time another customer was in and out of the door complaining about his stay, about the conditions of the rooms, roaches crawling out of the outlets, not being able to check out because no one was there, being charged incorrectly and lied to about it. He loaded his family members up and took off. I finally got ahold of someone on the white phone on the wall only for that to be disappointing service as well and we ultimately chose not to stay the night. Our card was charged well before check in was even possible as well.
