I have never had such a horrible experience in my life when it comes to staying at a hotel. Our hotel room smells awful, is very dirty, almost every drawer in this room is broken. We got the 1 bedroom suite and the master bedroom had no TV in it, no dresser, all the dishes that were in the cabinets are dirty! I found someone's fake eyelashes on my bed! Which tells me this room hasn't been cleaned at all. I had to go out and buy candles to cover up the nasty smell. For the price we had to pay for this room they should feel ashamed of themselves. We were supposed to be staying here for 3 nights but are definitely checking out first thing in the morning. If we didn't spend $600 on this hotel and spent hours driving here we would have left as soon as we walked into the room. Very disappointed!

Not well kept at all. Very old, used, and broken down place. There were people who appeared to have been living there for a long time with lots of kids toys and bikes. The top lock on our door was broken. I had to call for bed linens for the pull out couch and I had to go to the office to get them. The desk clerk was foreign and could barely speak English. And to top it off, there was no breakfast provided as was promised. Nothing. We were told "breakfast is closed today" period. Nothing explained nor nothing offered. Rooms: Paint was bad and badly repaired in places where holes had been in walls and closet. Many cobwebs. Dirty. Crumbs in the fold out couch when opened. Was also in a bad area with homeless people and possible drug dealers. Would not stay there again.

Bring Class 3A body armor and take your car battery into your room every evening. Travel in pairs.

Nice friendly staff, shady area. We just needed the room for the night and used points to pay thankfully. The suites are old and have been neglected, our heat didn't work, when we went to sleep we though it was just turned down since it was set at 65. When we woke up, we were freezing, even though I set it to 80. The kitchen was mostly bare except a couple od plates, bowls and a rusty pizza pan. We also found a partial bottle of vodka, we assume, we didn't try it.
