Very nice and clean hotel with a big pool and hot tub. The staff was so kind and willing to help with anything you needed.
Rooms: The room we booked had two queen beds and it was very spacious. Large bathroom, seating area, and a vanity. Very clean.

A/C could have been better in conference area halls and rooms. Very kind and professional staff. Surprised that the snack shop doesn't have touchless pay. Lots of comfy seating throughout the main lobby area.

The common areas of this hotel are fine enough, but the room was absolutely filthy (as echoed in other reviews). The carpet was stained so bad I didnt even want to let my kids play on it. The headboard had a giant grease (?) stain on it that was very visible; clearly hadnt been addressed by anyone. The fridge was broken, and no one told us ahead of time. We booked a junior suite and were told on the phone the bedroom and living room would be separate; they were not. The thermostat in the room didnt work, or is unable to be controlled by the guest. We didnt figure this out unfortunately until after our kids were asleep. Good thing we didnt need the thin, stained linens because we were too hot! Very disappointed. Absolutely not worth the price, especially with the upgrade of the suite we had!
