SpringHill Suites by Marriott Columbus Easton Area

Room was spacious and clean. Liked that there was a sleeper couch so my teens each had a space. Staff members were friendly. We stayed 3 nights and they asked at check in if we wanted a light refresh mid stay as far as housekeeping. I said towels would be great. No follow up on that and I had to go request towels and toilet paper our last night. The free breakfast was nice and one of the main reasons we stayed there, however, it was quite busy, especially our 2nd and 3rd mornings and they couldn't keep up on keeping things stocked. There were three pans of hot items each day. When things did come out, like waffles for example, someone would take most of them and it'd be empty again pretty much instantly. Indoor pool was a decent size. 4 feet at the deepest. Lots of parking and easily accessible to attractions and shopping.

My Family and I stayed here for one night, our experience was great, the hotel is modern and clean, the pool was nice and warm, breakfast bar had plenty of choices and the gym was fully equipped. Overall it was great stay.

I had a great one-night stay here while passing through Columbus. Conveniently closer to airport. Easy to park. Close to many restaurants and large chain stores. Room was clean, well-lit and spacious. Good amount of electrical sockets. Staff was friendly. I like the little shop downstairs. Also appreciated: the all-day self serve coffee.

Be careful when making reservations with this hotel. Dont prepay because if something changes they will not work with you and you will forfeit your total cost. They are not helpful at all! All I needed was to move the dates and not a refund because the class was canceled due to not enough people signed up. So that was something out of my control. At the end of the day they pocketed a lot of money for nothing.
