Clean and reasonably priced. Easy access to freeway and local stores and restaurants/bars. Low crime area. Walkability: Nice local bar medium scale restaurant literally next door.

I selected this hotel for 2 reasons. FREE SHUTTLE and BATHTUB. I told the lady at the front desk the very same thing, my exact words were " I chose this hotel because it has a BATHTUB in the room and the drain doesn't work." She says so the the water won't stay in the tub, I say correct and that the tub says to push and I may be doing something wrong but I wanted them to check. I let her know my teenage son would be in the room while a made a run. When I came back I was expecting to take a hot bath but instead, my son tells me that the maintenance man came and asked "there's a sink I need to look at" A SINK! where did that come from! I yelled at my son but then apologized to him because he's a teenager and he doesn't work there and it's not his fault. It was the front desk responsibility to relay message to maintenance. I had such a bad migraine I just laid down but when I asked later, they said sorry no maintenance on site next 2 days. I paid $570 to not get what I wanted. Not happy with this visit at all. My kids live here so i come to Ohio frequently to visit, next time I'll just stick with the hotel i know. Oh and not many channels on the TV like other hotels I've stayed at in Ohio. Only positives were the breakfast and the shuttle driver who was very friendly

Pictures online are deceiving, there is no pool. The sofa bed is actually a trundle style on the floor so basically only for a child to use. And no instructions for that in the room. Had to ask for new towels and toilet paper as the room was not stocked for the 5 people we had staying. Night front desk wasnt around to check in when we arrived. Room was clean.

Clean, comfy rooms and a delicious free breakfast make this motel a great stay! The rooms at this motel were spotless and comfortable, providing a relaxing retreat after a long day on the road. An added bonus was the complimentary breakfast. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a variety of options to suit different tastes. Whether you prefer a continental breakfast with pastries and fruit, or something heartier, they had it all. Overall, this motel provided excellent value for the price.

My mom and I were having a fantastic time during our stay. They have free breakfast and 24/7 coffee. However, there seems to be a problem with the front desk and housekeeper during checkout. We are diamond members so we have the privilege to checkout late. We told front desk we want to checkout at 3 instead of 11, but this housekeeper doesn't seem to take the hint. When I left out to take my service pet outside, he used the key to lock my door to prevent me to getting back in the room. I found out about this because I went to the back and the door was lock causing me to go all the way to the front. My mom also informed me that when I left the room, she heard a loud click and went out to check. The housekeeper quickly ducked into another room because obviously he was going to be cused out. My mom went downstairs to get the keys remain. KEYS. Meaning more than one. The front desk only gave her one in return which pissed her off. Thank you for that lovely experience. We'll be heading next door or even cross the street.
