8/26/2021 2nd shift worker is rude over charges for items horrible work attitude can't stay off of his long enough to take care of customers long line and every one in the store was complaining about him terrible employee

**Update Below** Positives: There are only 2 reasons I go to this store. #1. Tyler, the manager. If you have a problem, Tyler will help you the best he can. He is a great young man who really cares about the customers & his job. I used to visit this store multiple times a day, now I will ONLY go when he is working due to the Negatives listed below All of which he does NOT partake in & does NOT allow to happen when he is there. #2. The Sip & Save program. $7.99/mo and you receive one free beverage per day. Negatives: This location reminds me of high school. The gossiping about other employees, the bad mouthing of customers, the loud music, bad language, employees watching TV on their phones, no respect for anyones time, affairs with customers, I could go on and on. Also, Dont bother trying to contact corporate with any issues, you will NEVER get a response. As you can clearly see in all of the reviews, the customers that gave them good reviews, they responded to. The rest, nothing. That is exactly who they are. Also, there shelves are restocked. Yes, they were bare for awhile during Covid, but it was like that everywhere. ****Tyler is gone. The Sip & Save program is still useful when they actually have sugar and/or creamer in stock. They cant keep their employees (which I agree. Some had to go but they picked the wrong ones.) Corporate at its finest. If you want your child to learn every bad word, just let them hang out in there for 3+ mins. If you do engage with the staff, just realize, you will get talked about and/or slandered prior to reaching your car. P.S. See what I mean regarding corporate not responding to negative reviews? Called that one.
