I was signed up by Rodd and supposed to be represented by him. Instead, I was passed off to Linda, who refused to pursue the issue of my wife's infidelity. Which I had video of. And bullied me into paying alimony to her.
It has been 5 years and I am still going back to court to clean up her mess. She charged me $10,000 for a divorce with no issues (after she ignored my interests). And still hasn't given me a copy of my file, or any sort of itemized final bill. No closure. No advice. No support. Nothing. She just took the money and ran, leaving me in the middle of a mess.
Avoid this firm at all costs. They will not advance your interests, only their own. You have been warned.

Very responsive and empathetic in my dealings with the office. I highly recommend Linda for anyone getting a divorce.

Absolutely terrible experience with this law firm. They dropped the ball too many times on my adoption case to count. They did not let me know in advance what would be needed by the court which caused the court date to be postponed. In our initial call, I told Rod that I needed to get this case handled as quickly as possible. He told me he and his wife would handle my case personally, then they immediately passed it off to someone who did not know the most basic things about an adoption case and did not meet court timelines. The communication was abysmal. I tried contacting them several times with no response. When I did get a response there was no name attached to the emails to know who I was even corresponding with. The fees were over 4x what they initially quoted me and the extra work they had to do was due to their own neglect of the case and timelines. I also wrote to them afterward, so they could make this right, but they wrote back and gaslighted me about the whole situation.

I used Linda for my divorce. I ended up paying $10,000 for an uncontested divorce. I ended up paying alimony to my ex-wife set for years, when she was the one that was cheating on me. I still have not received my final paperwork. This is a terrible lawyer who should be avoided at all cost
