Does not respond at all let alone in a timely manner! To update: since I gave him a Google rating he withdrew his self as my attorney lied to the judge and told him that I sought out other counsel even though that was before he was appointed to me he works for the courts not for the people he supposed to be representing. He was also infuriated because I asked him if he was going to suppress any kind of evidence to help with my case in which he denied to do so.

A worthless public defender and lawyer. Unable to appear to court on time or in general. Missed a trial due to personal reasons and when he chooses to be present its unlikely he will use any law knowledge he gained spending countless years and money to obtain his law degree. Its also unlikely he will better your position as a defendant. I myself and many others have unfortunately utilized this individual due to him being so financially affordable, readily accessible and in the end you are better off pleading guilty for whatever reason youre in the situation you are and paying what is owed. You could potentially represent yourself and be better off. Thank you Brian Herzberger for being a terrible representative of the law and helping many citizens further themselves in the court system versus doing what you were meant to do and get them out of the system as quickly and efficiently as possible. You are worthless and the day you retire will be a great day for the people of Fairfield county.
