Extended Stay America - Columbus - East

Rooms are descent but found trash under our bed which did not belong to us so that tells you a lot about the cleaning there.

BEEN HERE A WHOLE WEEK AND AH HALF AND IMUST SAY THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DEFINITELY AH 10/10 THEY ANSWER QUESTION FIX ANYTHING NEEDED 2 BE FIX WITHIN 2MIN ILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AND ILL DEFINITELY BE BACK THANK YALL AT EXTENDED STAY AMERICA

Horrible customer service. Made reservations two days in advance for 411.00 to stand at the front counter for 15 minutes before anyone came up. Upon checking in I was told that they dont accept Franklin county residents, mind you its almost 12 a.m. the ghetto young black chic that was leaving her shift was very unprofessional and wanted to pop off at the mouth when I stated that I didnt see the policy on the Travelocity app. I would highly recommend Not to book here. Quality Inn on the other side is way better. The rooms are clean and the area is safe, the staff is very vigilant and respectful.

Decent hotel & very reasonably priced. Staff is really nice. Hotel is in a really convenient location.
