could not ask for a better place to stay-the manager was beyond helpful and nice on top-if work brings me back to columbus i know ill be back here

My family had a great experience during our extended stay here. Manager was always polite. I would go had I need too. Walkability: On bus line, close to store, restaurants. There is a park less than a mile.

I'm very glad I chose to stay here above other places while I am in between moves from one home to another. The weekly rates are what brought me here but I was pleasantly surprised by the upkeep, especially near smoking areas and the parking lot. It's always clean outside. I originally had my eye on a location that was a bit more expensive but was thrown off by all the trash and cigarette butts littering the parking lot and entryway. Secondly, it's almost always quiet here. I've yet to hear any unusually loud voices or tv's. The washers and dryers are kept clean and take debit or credit, as well as coins. That may seem like a given, that the washers and dryers are kept clean, but I've seen facilities that aren't as clean and who wants their laundry coming out smelling bad because of the state of the appliances? Not to mention the dirt and debris from other people's dirty laundry; no thanks. They charge less than the previous hotel as well. Maintenance is quick to reply and all the staff I've had the pleasure to meet have been kind and/or friendly. The location is great, with several grocery stores nearby. There is an Aldi next door, a Giant Eagle across the street on one side 6 a Walmart on the other. Just a mile or so down Bethel is a Krogers, too. There are more restaurants than I can list, as well as smoke shops, drug stores and Urgent Care. Again, I'm very happy I chose this extended-stay hotel. I feel comfortable and safe here.
