Painful to have to write this. I feel like I am complaining about a restaurant who gave me the wrong order rather a supposedly elite, top of the line service company. I will start by saying that I was pursued by Curt Krippner, a sales rep, for years. I have had multiple cards with Sentient and despite Netjets premium pricing above Sentient, Curt convinced that Netjets did everything Sentient did only better and safer. "Just try us," he said. "You'll see how great we are." My fault, I got sold. I should have known better. I did not spend time reading all of the fine print because I foolishly took Curt at his word that "we can do everything Sentient offers only better." In the time I had the card, I learned the following things: International fees are not deducted from card hours, you have to pay them separately. They do not include these on their quotes and their booking app is terrible. Completely no-transparent and ambushes you with additional costs. Sentinet includes these items. I was not focused on card expiration (Sentient does not expire) and Netjets provides no warning. I discovered accidentally that my card hours had expired when trying to book a flight with nearly $70,000 left on the card. I was given a minimal extension and forced to use my hours on unnecessary travel just so they couldn't keep the excess time and screw me over. Ended up leaving $8,000 on the table anyway. But the real kicker is that on my last flight in January 2023, they rented a car for me on a one day round trip. I picked up the keys at the FBO at 11 AM and brought the car back at 4 PM and handed the keys back to the same person at the FBO. Four weeks later I I get a $4,880 credit card charge from Avis saying I kept the car for 26 days! I have no receipt, details or booking data because Netjets was the entity that booked the car. Netjets now says they can't help me without the original booking form which I was never given because I didn't book it! In short, the customer service is terrible, the communication worse. The pilots were great and the planes flew and landed but that is all I can say that is positive. The company's middle management is arrogant and non-accomodating. Beware. When you are a prospect they roll out the red carpet. When you are a customer and they have your money good luck getting an professionalism out of their admin and management.
