I have been a Nationwide customer for auto insurance for 52 years. I have been a auto and home customer for 27 years. An auto, home and business customer for 12 years. I received a letter of non renewal of my homeowners policy due to "discoloration" of my roof. My roof material is 26 ga metal roofing with Kynar finish. It is 16 years old. It has a 30 year finish warranty with a 40 year rust warranty.
Needless to say,I am done with Nationwide and their bean counter risk assessment department utilizing Google Earth in their decision making.

License plate G1V 936. Not sure if I remember that rice since I spent over half an hour trying to contact someone on the phone. Vehicle with Nationwide on the side and on the back of it. She pulled in front of me twice too closely, I drive a semi truck. Then was going under the speed limit in the middle lane. Then finally got in the right lane and started going 61 in a 70 which is fine but then she veered off into the shoulder and when I went back around her again, she had her phone on the steering wheel. Nationwide has made it impossible to call a phone number and file a complaint. So instead they get a one-star review with the complaint.

It has been three weeks and the certificate of insurance has not been in compliance with my client. I need to have a wet signature on the certificate. Why is your agents are not authorized to hand sign the certificate?? This is bad business.

I was with this company for years. Insuring 3 vehicles!!! Never missed a payment. Never filed a claim. Maintained a clean driving record. For years.. Thousands in premiums over that period. What did they reward me with? Nothing ever but, Higher premiums. Renewal after renewal. Thats all I was given for my loyalty. Could have at least gave some Blue Jacket tickets.. nope ..Zero.. Zilch.. nothing. smh.. The latest one skyrocketed.. for no reason whatsoever on my part. Not one time did I burden them. Not even a roadside assistance.Think that got recognized? nope!! Not at allso guess what!!! See ya..thanks for your customer relation and appreciation.. not
