This is the worst Starbucks I ever have dealt with in life. They are so slow. They are so rude to customers especially the barista with the colorful hair. The drinks are never consistent. This place has made me branch off to trying smaller coffee shops because they will surely alter your mood when all you want is a nice smile and drink to start the day.

$6 for a half empty cup. After drinking it, I think they forgot to add the milk. It taste like water and matcha.

pulled into the drive-thru today and waited about 4 or 5 minutes before saying "hello", to which I got the immediate response "give me a second and I'll be right with you". after a couple of more minutes I was able to make my order for a hot, sugar-free vanilla latte. I waited almost 10 minutes behind only three cars in front of me at the drive-thru window before receiving my cold latte. I wasn't about to hand it back and make the people behind me wait any longer than they already had waited.
