My husband and I finished up at the book loft across the street and headed to starbucks to use the restroom and grab some chai tea. We entered to find restrooms arent open to customers and we had to order ahead through a mobile app. Pretty disappointing. While other customers are glued to their phones, ordering anything and everything online, we pay cash for everything. We definitely don't feel starbucks is serving all its customers or making it easy for everyone to enjoy.

I asked for my slice of banana nut bread to be warmed up and it was very cold and my pumpkin scone icing was very hard and not fresh and I asked for a pup up and was very rude about giving me one and I said thank you and they said nothing back I would never go back I like high street way better their food and drinks are very fresh and good and they are very friendly
