It was a great experience for me this previous Saturday looking for an outfit. Everyone was super helpful!!! My outfit turned out great and they took links out of my watch for me. I would like a little less aggressive on the help tho. I dont like TOO much consistency when Im shopping or too much opinion when Im shopping. Checking in from time to time is okay. Its just a personal thing. I dont wanna feel hounded or pressured. Other than that the staff that was in that day was super helpful and kind ! I use to work at Macys so I get it.

Love the store, but I will never set foot back into this store or possibly even a buckle ever again. That was the most annoying, frustrating, and somewhat stressful shopping experience I've ever had in my entire 31 years of life. The girl was nice and helpful at first. I told her I didn't know my size. So she brought me another pair and helped me figure out what I should try on as far as size. She ended up coming and giving me like 10 or possibly more pairs of jeans. And then without asking brought me tons of shirts to try on. I opened the door and tried to call my husband over and she's trying to sell me shoes. I finally came out of the dressing room with my 2 year old Daughter and she's showing me more shirts. And then tries to sell me on a credit card. Another girl did the same thing to my husband. And it was very very bothersome. I was so confused when I left as to what in the heck just happened to me. I'm there to shop and look for myself. If I need help I would ask. And then of course I go pay, and the gentleman asked if anyone helped me today. AHHHH, makes sense! Idk if it's just this store. But buckle, that's not what people want to experience when they are browsing and shopping.
