Absolutely horrible experience dealing with Germains service department. Theyre the typical take your car in for an oil change and leave with an estimate for $1,300 for items that should be covered by warranty. If youve bought from Germain, Im sorry but make sure you service your VW at Byers!

I can't say enough about the young lady, Sierra my sales rep and my finance guy, Derek. They were absolutely phenomenal. I came in last nite with mixed emotions about purchasing a car because my car I traded a 2009 Mitsubishi Galant had been pd in full for over 4 years. I even told Sierra I have no idea why I am here...chile I don't want a car note. She was so kind and patient. Chris (i think was his name) from maintenance gave me a pep talk about the quality of this car and eased my concerns. Then Sierra and Derek went above and beyond to make my car buying experience peaceful and phenomenal. I love my Lincoln MKS! Thank you for all that you done to work with my not so great credit score and getting me in a car and a payment that I didn't think was possible. Christi
