The lack of size 14 shoes even on the website is awful. Ive always shopped for running shoes at REI and Im forced to take my business elsewhere.
But that being saidAlex at this location has been incredibly helpful and worked diligently to try and get me a pair of shoes. Customer service at REI is always 5/5.

Great staff and very knowledgeable. Went to purchase a backpacking pack. Mark, spent over 45 mins with me from sizing to different packs. Great help. Will be back for other gear.

After returning a merchandise and spending an hour with customer service I was charged an extra 80$, this was definitely a new experience for me, I was hoping to spend that time shopping with my wife.
