Scott Hall Remodeling

We worked with Scott Hall Remodeling to remodel our kitchen. Our experience with their team was great from beginning to end. We met with one of the owners, Bryn, several times before feeling ready to commit to our project. Bryn and his team were patient with us, walked us through everything, and answered all of our questions and concerns. The design process was as overwhelming as you would expect, but Callie, their designer, was wonderful and walked us through each step, making it as easy as possible. She tweaked our design with different options and helped us make decisions. She was always available for a quick call or text when last minute things would pop up. Construction wasnt as messy or intrusive as we were expecting. All precautions were taken to minimize dust and disruption to the rest of the house, which was wonderful. Dan, our project lead, was the best. He took so much pride in his work and it showed in everything he did. His attention to detail and craftsmanship were meticulous. We were so happy to have him on our project. There were several other people who helped on our project and everyone was very knowledgeable, professional, and did impeccable work. When our project was finished, Bryn circled back around with us to make sure everything was perfect and all loose ends were resolved. We really cant say enough good things about our experience. We love our new space and couldnt be happier about choosing SHR.looking forward to doing another project with them!

We are about to start our 3rd project with Scott Hall Remodeling. Our first was a remodel of our primary bathroom, the second was the complete overhaul of our first floor including our kitchen, dining space, great-room and powder room. Our next project will be converting a walkout level storage space into a workout room. I cant even begin to describe how thrilled we are with the impact of our first two projects. We could never have imagined our home, which weve lived in for 13 years, looking as beautiful as it does. After spending more time than wed like to admit trying to find a remodeler that could fit our needs, we came across SHR working in our neighborhood. After meeting with Bryn, we realized they truly fit the sweet spot of alternatives. Most remodelers were either limited to handling the construction aspect of projects like ours or sold design capabilities as part of their package to justify extremely high prices. Scott Halls pricing was fair and their designer, Callie, had the perfect demeanor - listening to our taste and preferences and delivering options that fit our style and objectives. Both projects ran on time, and our project manager was incredible. He started everyday by 8:30am and finished up by cleaning and organizing the workspace by 4:30pm - 4:45pm. He treated our home as if it was his own and even made suggestions for improvements that we otherwise wouldnt have caught. In all we couldnt have asked for a better experience both times, as demonstrated by our decision to work with SHR again.

Scott Hall Remodeling did a beautiful job on our new kitchen. The original kitchen was as it was built 30 years ago. We provided a few items from our wish list but otherwise needed extensive help on how to plan what we wanted. Callie, our designer, provided perfect suggestions for us, and gently guided us to a design. They provided a rendering of what the kitchen would look like. The whole kitchen was gutted, and the construction team, along with the tradesmen built everything from the ground up. The teams were professional, polite, and always cleaned up the area every evening before leaving. A few minor gliches were handled professionally. We never had to worry about anything. If we had a concern, we only had to mention it to the team and they came to a quick resolution. As the project progressed, there were a few things that we realized we wanted handled differently. They provided quick estimates for the change order and made it easy to implement. The time estimate for the project was spot on. The final result looked exactly like the original rendering, and seeing it in person, the design was even more beautiful than we imagined. It was so easy working with Bryn, Callie, Dan, and the rest of the team. We will definitely consider them for future projects.
