I have a parking pass through my employer for this lot, which has always worked well for me. However, cars are regularly broken into in this lot, so theres that.

Prepay made it easy in / out. Close to event.

Setup the parking on an app days before use. Garage wasn't open when arriving. Had to find alternate parking, money lost.

when we came out after a concert, multiple cars were stripped down and all the tires taken. Did not feel safe. Did not see any cameras or security.

Clean, well sized. Has elevators, stairs and a restroom. Additionally, there are walkbridges to Macy on levels 1 and 2.
