Disappointed. Loved them at first, but after my husbands jeep was in 3 times within a two week period and we were charged for a diagnostic EACH time (in addition to the $2000 part and wires that were replaced). The third time they ran a diagnostic, because the jeep wouldnt start and we had to have it towed back to them, we were told via email that it was a code that showed up when they had the jeep the two previous times and that the tech had pictures of it on his phone?!?! What? Why wouldnt they fix that code if they were already aware of it and the tech took pictures twice?! We have paid now close to $3000. Hopefully the jeep is COMPLETELY fixed this time.

They suck. Horrible customer service and dont care for you or your vehicle. Your vehicle may get stolen under their watch and they wont take responsibility for it.
