Called regarading a car from the website and had it hand delivered to me by LaVair & David in 2 days- cant tell you how great of an experience it was and helping me out after my accident made this a stress free experience- highly recommend tis dynamic duo!! Thanks again guys- you were a lifesaver!!

I bought a truck from there my air ride didn't work properly and still don't. They lied and said they fixed it and come to find out that the dealer they sent it to for Diagnostic test said they didn't fix what they told them. It's was a few air shocks front and rear, they only fixed the front. The worst part is that i was nice about the hole deal and they still committed DEALER FROUD. I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE TO BUY ANYTHING. Sad and good luck don't go there if you don't have too

I had my vehicle repaired after a accident at Liberty Ford in maple heights, less then 4000 miles later I am still having issues. The body work done was subpar the body panels dont line up, the brakes clearly were never checked 400$ more in brake repairs are needed now, no one mentioned an oil leak at the time of the accident I brought it back in because it was leaking on the driveway and it needed 1500$ repair. Rich from collision calls me out of the blue and threatened to charge a bill to me if I didnt call my insurance right away, apparently he didnt know how to get ahold of the insurance company ( no apology). Service took over the car and David f. ( manager) diagnosed the repairs after says he will submit the the repairs to insurance for further review, two days later says my repairs are completed and will not submit the information after he agreed to work with my insurance.He also let my vehicle leave the shop with a loose lug nut on the rear tire, the mechanic that did the multi point inspection did not catch, they removed the tire and put the tire back on with a bad lug nut. I was left with a subpar repair and work still needed to be done to my car no apology just promises not kept. I believe that the car was not properly fixed and information about my car was not presented leading to my vehicle being unsafe for my family after the accident. If you value the safety of your vehicle take it somewhere that care about that also.
