Rustic Slate is a wonderful company. I use them to maintain and repair my 85 year old slate roof. They were the people who, also, tuckpointed my ashlar faced chimney. I am a remodeling contractor and I recommend them to my clients.

Bela came out for estimate, told us we couldnt get the work done for about 3 mos, which was fine bc he came in July. Never able to reach anyone to make down payment or schedule bc they neither answer the phone nor call you back. Really wanted to work w this company but maybe theyre short staffed or otherwise unable to fulfill our request which is unfortunate.

Called number per recommendation from one of their(Rustic Slate Roofing) associates. Left msg per voice response(text msg). Received a text response......"We're booked for the remainder of the year". Really, Really, Really!. Today's date is 9/2/2021. So much for recommendations. Enough Said!

Had an estimate scheduled for 2:30 Never received a call that an employee was on their way and no one ever showed for the appointment. Super friendly on the phone, so Im disappointed something happened.

Great company to work with. Fair pricing. Extremely knowledgeable. Meticulous workmanship. Thorough clean up. Would definitely use them again.
