Ohio Roofing Siding and Slate LLC

They turned down my job after they gave me an estimate In which I asked them to itemize the charges and revise a couple things on it. I just wanted to know what Im paying for before I say ok. Then, Ohio Roofing emailed me a letter saying they dont want to do my siding job on the back of my home that the reason was they dont have the staff to do my job because employees left their business and they bo longer have the time to commit to my project.

I had wind damage to the caps on my roof. David came out to my house on Gilbert Ave. on Tuesday and gave me a quote. The roofing team were at my house this morning and did the job. David even stopped by to see how it was going. They were friendly, professional and respectful of me and my property. I am a very happy customer! I would definitely recommend Ohio Roofing. Ohio Roofing replaced the roof of our sunporch. They sent four guys out and they were done by noon! Very fast workers, very efficient and very professional. The roof looks great and their cleanup was impeccable. It was a pleasure working with everyone at Ohio roofing, from the owner, to the office staff, to the frontline workers. They were respectful to the homeowners and to each other. They explained everything and answered all our questions. A very honest company. I live out of state but was looking for someone to give me an estimate to repair a ceramic tile roof that is 100 yrs old. I spoke to Jessica in the office to schedule an appointment for an estimate.Jessica was very nice and informative. Once scheduled John reached out to me and set an appointment time to come look at the roof. The estimate was fair and reasonable. They also told us we needed tuck pointing on our chimney which was the reason we were having leaks. They also included the chimney repair rather then us having to find another service to do that work. We hired them and the work was done in a timely matter once the weather was permitting. They also replaced some tiles that was not in the estimate but needed done for no extra charge. I highy recommend this company and will use them again if needed.
