Aerial has been awful to deal with ever since moving into our rental. We were so excited to move into a home with a private landlord, come to find out a few weeks after moving in, Homex would be taking over as property management. Everytime we have had an issue or had to contact the office on Lakeside, we have been forced to deal with Aerial. She is incredibly rude, to say the least. She has told us false information multiple times and switches up her statements when we have proof via text message she has stated otherwise. I wish there was somebody else to deal with besides her because she is not pleasant to speak to. This lady needs to reconsider her career choice because she does not know how to deal with the public in a polite manner.

The owner is extremely efficient & knowledgeable. Staff consistently has great communication/response.
