Monique from Progressive Urban is awesome! I worked with her on a few properties and she was super responsive, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Whenever I had questions or concerns, she patiently explained and addressed them. I'm excited to work with Progressive again in the future!

Progressive Urban Property Management only cares about you if you are a home owner. If you are a renter at one of their apartments they manage, they will do as little as possible to help you. I lived in one of the apartments they manage in 2022-2023 and was having a noise complaint issue with one of my neighbors (this neighbor would BLAST music until 5am almost every night). I promptly began documenting the issue via location & time stamped recordings so I could have as much proof as possible, hoping they would enforce their OWN POLICY about quiet hours being from 11pm-7am. They talked to this tenant two or three times as it continued happening for months but nothing changed, in fact things got much worse as the neighbor started to threaten me and invite his friends over to bang on walls at all hours of the night. Despite my thorough documentation Monique began to get extremely rude with me because she claimed there was nothing else they could do even though the lease that we signed states that continued noise complaints will result in eviction. It was clear that Monique was angry with me because they didnt want to go through the eviction process. Well, they may have saved themselves an eviction process, but they caused me to be dealing with a traumatic and unsafe living situation for 7 months before they FINALLY offered to let me out of the lease, and they only offered to do so because I had been paying my rent into escrow with the courts so they werent making any money off me. Monique and their lawyer they work with are very arrogant rude people and I would recommend you run FAR AWAY if you find an apartment managed by these people.
