I have used their property management for over one year and have been more than satisfied. Shawnte Herkley is very quick to respond to any issues or concerns. After getting my property in a rentable condition, they were very quick in finding a qualified tenant. Also, they have been quite helpful in managing my current tenants.

A couple reviews... 1. excellent customer service, response time was fast and I felt very comfortable. The young lady I spoke with answered all of my questions. 2. They offer property management as well as home improvement. I had to make several upgrades and I was pleased with the work. 3. The owner is helping me sell one of my properties. Love HER! 4. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because my house hasn't sold yet.... I need to sell NOW, lol

STAY AWAY !!!! I use to have her manage my property it's hard to get her on the phone . She added $400 to a invoice for a job that I needed done . She doesn't have her own contractors just people she knows that are in the line of work . She doesn't check on the home . She just doesn't care . I had to come from New York to handle my property because she kept trying to take advantage of me not being around . Just my opinion of the way she dealt with me .
