        The website said that the have passport walking but don't believe them, I am just walking out of the office at 9:03 am on Saturday because one of the officers just told me that there is not walking passport services.

        ZERO STAR This has been going on for 4 years. This is a business address, I can get mail on a daily basis . I have had mail left outside on the front door step . The gentleman that supposed to drive this route teaches other mail men down town how to drive , meanwhile I get no mail. The temporary mail delivery driver will not come down the street because they heard a gun shot close by. I CAN NOT GET MAIL FROM OUR GREAT USPS.......................

        So grateful to the Brooklyn "USPS" is staffed by best and friendliest employees at this location. I would like to thank Stephany and Ruby for their cheerful service I receive each time I visit to purchase stamps, mail out special packages, etc. Your friendliness makes my day and brings a smile always to me. The both of you are truly appreciated. Feeling thankful, Annette PS: This particular branch in Brooklyn as did a complete turn around in customer service with having Staphany and Ruby working the front line.
