We live in Mayfield Village. First of all, I love the drive through Gates Mills. This post office is the best in the country! Another reviewer wrote that I and I agree! Ive lived in 4 states and in various cities and most post offices are mean and grumpy.
Have you ever asked to borrow a pen at another post office? They make it seem like you are asking them for world peace. The amazing staff at this post office not only will let you borrow a pen, but they will happily let you borrow it.
Silly scenario, but those little things add up. They have candy for the kids and treats for the pups! The two women that work the counter are so pleasant to me and my children. I just love them!
They call most of their customers by name and have an interest in asking them how everything is going in their lives!
The people make this office so incredible. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism, always.
