Thumb Up to Manager Shirley Franklin. My certified letter was accidentally lost in the mail system and she went over and above to locate this letter for me. She informed me of the travel of this letter to ease my mind and when it was delivered to its location she gave me a call to let me know. I was on pins and needles about this letter. I am so grateful that she done this for me. I really do appreciate all the help that you done. Thank you, thank you and THANK YOU AGAIN Manager Shirley Franklin!!!

Lady at passport department should be fired and rude and the post office should be ashamed to have her working for them.

Avoid having anything sent via USPS. No matter where I have lived in and around Cleveland they have been horrible but these people are by far the worst. Multiple times they have failed to deliver packages to my house and dropped my mail all over my front yard. Not surprised they are going under. Totally unreliable, irresponsible, and the worst customer service. *Update as of 9/4* This branch is by far the worst of them. Now they have lost two packages, they don't return phone calls or call back. They seem more interested in getting me off the phone and making me go away, than finding out what happened to my mail... *update 10 years later, this is still the worst post office in the country, and nothing has changed. Once again threw my mail all over my yard last night, when they delivered it, at nearly 9pm*

It seems evident that the sort at this office isnt efficient . I live at the 44124 zip code and Ive had packages leave this facility and go to the airport on several occasions . I now have a package that is in Twinsburg . I wish theyd buy the equipment or hire the personnel they need . How sad that a community with such a lucrative tax base is provided with substandard service .
