Mike zahorchak and Scott dipple dont have effective communication and conducted business in an unethical manner. Mike and Scott informed us to continue paying our current lender when in reality they knew they had an under the table agreement that we would continue to pay our current lender but our current lender needs to pay country mortgage in which we were unaware of this agreement. Mike continued to tell us in December to pay our current lender our mortgage payment when he knew that country mortgage had bought our loan since September. Jan 2023 hit and we got different letters like we need to go into forbearance or do a hardship because we are in delinquent,we got that squared away, and than shortly after we got a collection notice from country mortgage saying we were delinquent and they added 384 dollars in interest. Than we got another letter saying stop paying our current lender and now we are paying our mortgage through country mortgage. In the mean time Mike and Scott was not in communication with us and did not inform us about any of this under the table shenanigans. This is how they treat a veteran and this was their mess up and they shouldve been doing the leg work to get this fix vs the client especially since we were left in the dark. I would not trust these two agents because my local branch in eagle Idaho figured out this mess for us in two hours where Mike and Scott couldnt do in 3 months.
