        Scott( the manager) was extremely rude and unprofessional. When asking him questions about my account over the phone I could hear him huffing and puffing while I was trying to explain my situation. There a a severe lack of communication in this office. They need a new manager. Until then I will not go to this office and neither should you. BRIAN WAS THE ONLY WHO WAS PROFESSIONAL ENOUGH TO FOLLOW THROUGH AND CALL TO MAKE SURE IF THERE WAS ANYTHING HE COULD DO TO HELP. HE SHOULD BE THE OFFICE MANAGER. NOT SCOTT.
