        Eric was AMAZING!!! I HIGHLY recommend him for all of your lending needs! He worked PATIENTLY with me for a long time and answered ALL of my MANY questions! I ended up with an AWESOME interest rate with a Conventional loan when others said I couldnt go this route. Eric was AVAILABLE at all times and I couldnt of done it without him! I HIGHLY recommend Eric!

        I had a great refi experience with Eric Lawson, unlike my refi's in the past, so I have to take a minute to write a review. He was attentive, immediately responded to all my questions, and came up with several refi scenarios, taking time to explain each in depth. I knew where we were during each step of the process, and he immediately kept me up to date with any new developments along the way. Even scheduling the closing was a breeze. The whole process was painless, especially compared to my other refi's using other lenders. I would gladly recommend Eric Lawson and use him again for any refi or mortgage needs.
