Howard Hanna Brecksville/Broadview Heights

I was purchasing my first home and did plenty of research about buying a home and was very nervous about the process and the stress involved, but Dave Patai especially, made the process very smooth and it was so much easier than I expected. I kept wondering when it was going to get stressful like everyone said it would be and it never happened. Dave contacted me many times throught the loan process to see if I had questions or to explain next steps. He was very easy to talk to. I never felt like I was burdening him when I called with my silly questions. He picked up the phone or called me back right away. I know it took a team of people to process my loan but Dave was front and center through all of it and I really appreciated that. Thank you to everyone at Howard Hanna, including my realtor Beverly Kaminski for making this process stress free. I kept imaging the process was going to be worse than buying a car and I kept preparing myself for it, but it never happened. I highly recommend anyone looking for a realtor or home loan to to check out Howard Hanna.

Maria was great with my clients! They were already pre approved from an online lender, however i suggested they get a second opinion from Maria. They were so impressed with her knowledge, communication and the programs she offered, they switched over without thought to Howard Hanna. They were able to use a great program that the other company did not offer them, that saved them ALOT of money upfront! Thank you!

Dave and Karen were amazing to work with. I am so grateful for both of them. They do amazing work. They both really try to do whatever it takes to help. I am so glad I got to work with them both.

Communication throughout the transaction with buyers is excellent. From the initial stages of meeting a client to discuss their financing needs/concerns all the way to the closing process Dave is right beside them.
