Working with Vikki Cartwright was the truth for me. She was very professional and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. She was very informative, diligent, and patient. I can honestly say I learned a lot from her stewardess! She goes hard for her clients!!

These people have gone above and beyond, working to get us this Reverse Mortgage. We are finally in sight of our closing date after 8 years and 4-5 other companies. It has been grueling, but before I die, I would love to see the finished job and bathe in my walk-in bathtub! I don't recall the exact date of the above post, but it did not work out for us. They withheld information, never allowed us to see the actual appraisal, which we paid for out of our pocket, and we also paid for a counseling session (approx. $125). All down the drain. And they basically refused to provide us a copy of the appraisal we paid for.

Please heed my warning and avoid making the same mistake I did by choosing Secure Lending Incorporated and Mehedi Hassan for any business dealings. My personal experience was a complete nightmare. Despite having a generous 30-day window to complete a simple transaction, they failed miserably. As an experienced investor, I provided all the necessary information to Mehedi Hassan within days of receiving an accepted offer. However, on the day of the supposed closing, which would have yielded me a 60k equity, My partner and I received no communication from Mehedi himself. Instead, his assistant Cristal informed me that my application was still in underwriting and that they needed more information. To make matters worse, the information they required on that day was already given to Mehedi during our first week of working together. Don't let their incompetence cost you valuable time and money like it did for me. I would advise against working with Mehedi if you're looking for a real estate agent with reliable communication skills. Despite being referred to him by my realtor, My partner and I found his communication skills atrocious. Although initially responsive, he went radio silent once the property was under contract. It felt like he didn't care about my timelines or the fact that we had a contract, and he was more interested in working at his own sluggish pace. This made things incredibly difficult for my partner and me, and I would strongly advise against working with him if you're looking for a smooth and stress-free home-buying experience. Despite my multiple attempts to reach out during the final three weeks before the closing, we have yet to receive a response from him. My partner and I have tried all possible means of communication, including phone calls, text messages, and emails. We even sought help from his assistant, Cristal, and my realtor, but to no avail. Despite promising to get in touch, Mehedi never kept his word. I strongly advise you to avoid Secure Lending Incorporated. My experience with them was a complete waste of time, effort, and money. Thankfully, we were able to find an alternative lender in Chicago who could close my loan within a week, although it came with an added expedited fee. Although we initially gave Mehedi a chance based on my realtor's recommendation, it was a mistake I would never repeat. I recommend that you avoid the frustration and headache that comes with dealing with Secure Lending Incorporated and find another lender who can better meet your lending needs.
